Difference for All of Fresno! *

The City of Fresno, in partnership with Fresno Metro Ministry and the Local
Government Commission, is kicking off The Southern Blackstone Avenue Smart
Mobility Study which will utilize a community-based effort to develop a
complete streets strategy for Blackstone from Dakota to Highway 180 to
increase the effective range of public transit and serve the needs of all
modes and users, particularly bicyclists and pedestrians. This project is
funded by the California Department of Transportation.
