GRANTS MANAGER SENIOR STAFF ANALYST
JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Asst. Court Executive Officer,
develops and writes grant applications, as determined, conducts research,
develops data collection and evaluation tools for documenting and
evaluating grant activities, performs administrative, managerial, and
fiscal duties in support of grants administration in the Superior Court of
California, County of Fresno; and performs related duties as required. The
incumbent is expected to perform analytical work requiring knowledge of
administrative principles and analytical practices and will perform their
duties under minimal supervision. The incumbent will communicate project
progress, concerns and recommendations to the executive team.

including Excel, Word, Power Point, Publisher and Outlook.
BACKGROUND INVESTIGATIONS: Convictions, depending on the type, number and
date, may be disqualifying. Court employees shall be subject to a modified
background investigation and fingerprinting. False statements or omission
of facts regarding background or employment history may result in
disqualification or dismissal.
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, public
administration or closely related field.
AND Experience: Three (3) years of increasingly responsible, full-time paid
professional experience related to grant writing, project planning,
implementation, and evaluation.
OR Any combination of relevant education and/or experience that would
demonstrate the individual possesses the necessary knowledge, skills and
abilities as determined by the Court Executive Officer.
