It’s interesting that the one word that was repeated over and over again was “change.” I feel as though the economy has been struggling the same way for years when in reality, though it may not feel like it, the economy is always changing. Just like Marty Linksy said in his article, “we are in the midst of economic uncertainty,” but that doesn’t mean there’s no hope. The six skills that he mentioned are excellent ways to keep going forward. My favorite point that Lynsky made was towards the end where he said, “the challenge will be to invent the future, rather than have it invented for you.” It might take several different tries to adapt and change in an improving way, but by continuously trying, there’s still hope for the future.
