My group had a meeting about an organization we are consulting. Our group is really trying to focus on the task at hand and sticking to the assessment. However, I feel like I have been thrown in a dirty kitchen and forced to cook. I can’t cook in a dirty kitchen; it has to be clean. I do not understand why we are working with an organization that has no clue as to who they really are? There is so much chaos in the backdraft that frustrates me. How do we consult an organization that is in such disarray by sticking to the assessment? There are more important things that should be handled first.
